Please is it necessary I call a assistent to install and start my second life program, I dont know what h´ppened but the program dont start, could someone send me a site where can I download something to start !

http://secondlife.com/community/downloads.php If not, download the appropriate client to your favorite file or place on your computer. Scan it with your anti virus software and install it (assuming your AV gives the download a clean bill of health). The click on the icon shortcut SL puts on your desktop and follow the instructions. |

It maybe that you downloaded the programme but havent yet installed it, this can happen if the 'close window when download complete' is checked. If you have already downloaded the programme (client/veiwer), find it on your hard disc and double click it to begin installation. Enjoy, look forward to meeting you in game.
