Summary: Broken texture repeat application to prim

Steps to reproduce bug: Create a hollow prim and texture it.

Observed results: One, or sometimes more sides of a hollow prim will NOT have their U/V values changed when texturing using the repeats per meter spinner.

Expected Results: U/V values for all sides of the prim should be updated when the texture/side is NOT specifically selected.

Extra Notes: The "snap-back" bug has also returned, but this appears to be a seperate issue as "normal" (non hollow) prims texture normally. It seems to be only those that have been hollowed out. Most often it is the "bottom" of the prim that does not change it's texture repeats when the prim as a whole is changed.
