can't get into SL

OK relogged because everything was going really slowly and now I can't get back in. I've been waiting for over an hour and keep getting the 5 more minutes message. There are two of us with the same problem. We were shopping together and now we can't log back in. He looked and it said that if you get an hour or longer wait time that you have been put on administrative hold and to check our emails but nothing there and I've done nothing ever to be reported for.
