* Talking with someone through IM, click on "Profile" button on IM window, the "Rate" button is grayed out.
* Talking with someone close by, right click on the AV, click on "Profile", "Rate" button is grayed out.
* Talking with someone close by, right click on the AV, click on "Rate" and rate menu shows up.
* Talking with someone on your friends list through IM, click on "Profile" on the IM window and "Rate" button is grayed out.
* Talking with someone on your friends list, click on "Profile" on the friends list, and "rate" button is active.
The point here, the "Rate" button doesn't work all the time or better said, works only on some aspects but not on others, it pretty redundant to have a "Rate" selection when you have the same option inside the "Profile" options, when it actually works or is not grayed out.
