upgrade to premium/accedently clicked back to basic after paying 72 for yearly

i upgraded to premium and payed 72 for the annual fee and then i accedentaly downgraded to basic and hit accept/save changes/ my question is... can i upgrade back to the 72 dollar premium account without being charged again. this all happened earlyer thismorning and i have not been able to get ahold of linden labs the entire day.

I don't know about SL, but in other games, you would keep the "higher tier" subscription until its term ran out and only then drop back to the "lower tier" subscription -- can you confirm ingame whether you are on Basic or Premium now? Or check your Account link and see if it shows there any info on when you are paid up till.

it wont let me buy land it says im degrading to basic on saturday is when its schedualed.

Just file a support ticket (https://secondlife.com/community/support.php - at the bottom) and ask to have your cancellation cancelled.

Then in about a year's time cancel your premium when it comes up for renewal. Being unable to buy land extends to estate land as well, so you'd really want to get that sorted out. They really need to fix that .

A similiar thing happened to me. If you can reach billing by phone, they can fix it all in a minute or two. By all means, try all other means to make contact, but I believe you are still able to make actual phone contact with billing. If so, it is worth it.
