unable to access sl

i have asked the residents for help on this and we are working on it

i have an error message on screen and unable to access second life i think it might be something to do with the crash logger.
I have uninstalled sl and reloaded several times to now avail

AppName econd life AppVer 1.21.6.34051 mod name quick time.qts
modver 5.0.1.10 offset 0007fc bb

any ideas?
