In registration but have never been able to recieve it. Is there any reason for this esspecally when i see other people in search having this name....

Because the last name you chose it with is taken.
If they are all taken then wait a bit until new last names come out. If you can search for it and many come up then it means many people have taken that name and it's unavailable with that last name.
