Since we've upgraded (which is a serious downgrade) to the newer client, I crash often (never used to with the 1-13 client), lag is horrendous, and I have a fairly new, really good graphics card, I have a fairly new system, completely capable of handling SL, and it did really good... until the up(down)grade.

I have 2 questions now....

1 - Why am I <b>forced</b> to use the newer client? I know, I've had a million people tell me that I can choose <b>download</b> or <b>continue</b>, and I got so tired of that (mine has either download or quit) that I took a screen shot to prove it. Since my options are either download or quit, then that means I'm forced to use the newer client.

2 - Isn't help supposed to be there 24/7? So often (like right now when I asked if we could be notified when (if) the TPs start working again so I wouldn't be wasting so much time/money), and no answer, in fact, not even an acknowledgement that my original one telling them that the TPs are NOT working. What good is help, if you don't get any help?

Now I will ask Linden Labs... please PLEASE! <b>PLEASE</b> don't offer another upgrade (which will be another downgrade most likely if it follows suit to every other one) until you get the current client working properly.
