Disabled account, need urgent help!

I have a second avi, old from about 5 or 6 months. Today i've just wanna enter sl, and suddleny, it appears to me a message ''your account has been disabled"!?! I didn;t do anything wrong, and i have there money, business, and so many friends in my list! I cannot express myself as how angry i am, cause i use to be a polite person. Of course, when i've tryed to get help from support, it was so inhuman hard to find some. Cause the lindens, when it comes to praise theyr sim, are very good, but when you have a problem, you must meet too damn many requirements if you wanna submit a problem. I don;t wanna become sick of this sim, cause i really like it...so, that's why am appealing to forum too. I was been forced to use my second avi to do this, anyway, but i wanna my first avi back. Please help!

You need to go to support.secondlife.com, sign in with the disabled avatar, and submit a support ticket. Do it quickly; it's almost the weekend.

When i wanna login with the disabled avi, for submit a ticket, they don't let me do this, still the same message with '"disabled account". And with this avi, which is available, i cannot submit a ticket because i don't have a premmium account. See how they are?? Anyway, thank you for trying to help me, and if you have another ideea, you're welcome
