I recently brought a new laptop but it is vista and was wondering when will we get a vista client to download, I have tested by downloading XP but my laptop stands no chance i crashed every 5 mins not very good, As i am travelling to america soon taking my laptop was hoping i could go in sl as i am away for 3 weeks but looks like that will be a no....
please try and get vista working for.

You should be bitching at Microsoft.

Its them that decided not make Vista compatible with everyones software.

You should be "BITCHING" ones concerns to LLABS. Since they are the ones doing monkey business with this client and not supporting it right. How long as LLABS being monkeying around with vista? and its still not fully useable. Put the blame where it should be.

No. Its not just LL.

There are all kinds of software vendors who are having a lot of trouble trying to make their products work with Vista. Its Microsoft who don't understand the concept of backwards compatibility thats to blame.

And we as consumers have been putting up with that kind of crap for years. The best thing we should all be doing is boycotting Vista until MS gets it fixed.

People have been saying there is a lack of vista software. In rl we are having alot of problems dealing with out computers and programs we need to install. But can`t because software is not useable with vista. hence we can`t upgrade are computers to vista because of the lack of support. But as for SL. they seem to be one of the only game on the internet that is still doing monkey business with vista.

What else is their APPLE? Done that too for many many year. Now a day they are just as bad with their products and service. I understand you ideas.

I run windows Vista And have no problem make sure you have the lastest drivers for you Vid Cards

This laptop isnt running a vista and Ati by any chance, that wont go to well with SL , have no issue with Vista either but im using a nvidia wich has opengl drivers that dont flip out with SL.
