One of my friends she keeps crashing as soon as her account reaches connecting to region
Any Idea's on what to do ?

Try logging into a different region, to see if the problem is with the grid or with your friend's connection/pc.
Before logging in ("Connect" button), go into Preferences > General and change the region she is logging into. Try several different ones, if she can't login to ANY region then problem may be local.
