Hello everybody, I'm writing this post on behalf of a friend who cannot access SL anymore. He has had this "account disabled" message when trying to log in the game 2 days ago and now can't log in the game and neither can he here or at his account on SL's website. He submitted a ticket, but didn't receive the mail who should follow (not in the regular folder but also not in the spam one), and as he can't log in his account, he doesn't have the "my support history" tab above at the support center page (he can only log in the support center as guest), so how can he know when his ticket was read or answered? and how to read the answer? He followed everything correctly, meaning he used the "Special Questions - Basic account", as his problem is one of those mentionned who'll allow the use of a ticket for basic members (Your account has been disabled and you need it reactivated ). I tried to access his ticket (he gave me the number) but obviously I have no right to see it..now he's stuck, how could he do? Thank you so much for any idea or help ! Have a nice day all )

Hello, if your friends thinks fraud is at stake, you can follow the procedure as described in the following blog article: http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/07/03/safeguarding-your-accountor-you’ve-been-phished/1. Login to your account. - Login to the Support Portal. - If you cannot log into your account, use our Guest Access Log In. 2. Submit a Ticket - In the Ticket Type Field, select “Special Questions – Basic Account or Guest Login” from the drop down menu - Then select “ My account has been shut off and I don’t know why” - Fill in the rest of the fields as directed. - Copy the Tracking Number for your new ticket - You will receive an email containing your ticket information. 3. Call the Fraud number: 800-860-6990

Thanks for the answer ) That's exactly what he has done, after having read this precise blog article. And he has a ticket from the support center, but as he can't log in , as I mentionned above, he can't even wiew if he has or not an answer. After having submitted a ticket, the page displays the ticket # and also tells something like he should receive a confirmation e-mail (I don't really know the terms as I was not there when he followed the procedure), but he never got any e-mail, and now, what to do with this ticket # assuming he can't log in the support center?
