Av troubles

I've been quiet and have tried not to complain but .... I have been trying all day to get my AV to load with no luck, I'm all atachments is all. I've cleared my cache relogged countless times. Here I am nothing but tail, ears and hair, cant build anything, cant tp any place or tp any one to my place, my L$ balance in world is reading as blank, group chats wont work, friends list is fubared ...... Don't you think its time to close the grid and get this fixed? I understand that you are making an effort to keep people in world while you work on it but whats the point in being in world if you cant even change your damn clothes no less do anything else....
