What on earth is this new horror, and why is it erroneously tagging Linden dollars as "risky" so they get locked up and can't be spent at third party vendors?

I'm actually kind of confused as to the problem. I've never head of a Risk API.
Are you in SecondLife when you see this error?
I think I need more information.

Soundslike you picked up some L$ from some other exchange. I really reccomend just using the LindeX here on the SecondLife webpage. Then you know the transaction is valid.
