I am experiencing high packet loss at this node..... is this Secondlife or the last stop before the servers? Who do I need to contact to see about getting this problem corrected?

Please, Please help!

Traceroutes beyond that point appear to be blocked, I would imagine this is the last router before it hits the grids firewall? I can ping data.agni.lindenlab.com just fine at any rate, so I wouldn't think this is the problem.
