Hi all,

we use a ISA 2000 Firewall here and want to allow Second Life. I know we need the ports 443 TCP in/out and 12020-13050 UDP and TCP in/out.

We tried many ways of creating the protocol definition, still its not working. Anyone who use the same firewall can help me in creating the correct protocol definition?

Thanks guys!

Looks like you've only done half the job.

As well as opening the ports in 'Access Policy/IP Packet Filters' (which you seem to have done) you also need to create some protocol definitions.

In 'Policy Elements/Protocol Definitions, create the following Protocol Definitions...

SL 12035, 12035, UDP, Send Receive
SL 12036, 12036, UDP, Send Receive
SL 13000, 13000, UDP, Rceive Send
