Probably needs to be a sticky. I experienced a situation where for the last few days my inventory hasn't downloaded. I would log in and I would get the message that my clothing was still being downloaded. After waiting a couple hours, clearing my cashe and resetting my inventory filters, nothing would work. I IMed live help and was instructed to first go into preferences and turn on set location to be visible on the logon screen and clear my cache. When I relogged into SL I needed to set my location to a water sim, the one I was told to use was Hahne.
I did so and low and behold I was able to use my inventory again plus I received all the messages I had not gotten since this started. I figured this might be helpful to anyone else experiencing the same problem.

It's a good sim for ruthing and inventory refetching  . (Hehe. I just peeked at my logs. It was me. You were one of the last calls on Live Help, glad you had a good experience ) |
