I think there needs to be a "report crashed simulator" option in the Help menu right next to the abuse and bug report options. With a direct line to the grid monkey of the week.  Er, yeah, in the meantime, I've found that it's possible to get a faster response by complaining to Live Help, particularly if there's a Linden on. I don't know if this is the prefered way of fielding requests though, so your milage may vary. |

Sorry about the prolonged downtime. There was some database breakage that was preventing Abbotts from coming back up and it took me a while to fix it.
