When using win light in any thing but noon its very dark can hardly see my Av,is there some setting i need change.

When using win light in any thing but noon its very dark can hardly see my Av,is there some setting i need change. Thank You. To actually use the gamma settings, you have to disable atmospheric shaders, which you can get to by clicking "custom" on the graphics preferences. This should enable "gamma" and "night-time brightness" under hardware options.
