Ok, this is an issue that has ben happening in the region avaria, in wen it wil instantly return the error cannot teleport, this happened last night, then fixed itself, and now it is back again.
We normally have a resonable amount of traffic, but becasue of this issue we are empty. however, the sim that we had connected to it seems to allow teleports to work just fine, and its very quick.
Something is not right here......

I should also note that we've checked both the Region Settings and About Land settings for BOTH sims, and they are set identical... there is no difference between the sims that should be causing one or work while one does not. It has been like this since the second sim, Avaria Sav, was linked in to ours. Thus, it's been over 3 days with no sign of hope. This is now the fourth day of this.....

Addendum: Problem all worked out. Ethan was right, we were a bit blind at the time. We got everything working. Sorry.
