A couple of ways, you can do it in the general format. As an example:

for Ahern (128, 128, 128)
secondlife://Ahern/128/128/128

That can be linked to on the SL Forums this way... you may want to use the WYSIWYG editor from:

http://forums.secondlife.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

so it shows up as something like:

Come to Ahern!

or even more utility, use a SLurl!
