Anyone ever seen this happen? I tried to do a search but too many unrealted threads came up. Sometimes When I change and item totally unrelated. Never happened until today when I logged on and I was fine all last night. It can't be latency, I'm fine and the clothing that's changing is stuff 20 folders away from what I am even changing. Sometimes things just appear on me without me even doing anything.

This only happens to me when I try to edit my avatar/clothing. It goes away about a minute after I'm done monkeying around. I don't even know if anyone else but me sees it happening to me.
I figured it's the somewhat nonstandard built-in video card (Intel Extreme Graphics 2, 64MB), and I'm thankful it's the only problem I have with SL.

It could be the server playing catch up.. I have removed clothes, and put others on.. then like 20mins later one of things I removed gets removed (only it's the new item of clothing that gets removed instead). Like say I remove my shirt, most of the time this is fine.. but occasionally it will look like it has removed itself, and then I put something else on and it looks like I have put the 2nd shirt on.. then some random amount of time later my shirt comes off again without me doing anything extra.

The asset server (the thing that holds everyone's stuff, including clothing textures) is being taxed beyond all original design expectations. Linden Lab is well aware of this problem, and has a total fix in the works.
This last week or so, I've noticed it has been particularly over-loaded; combine that with the way in which your AV is "dressed" in two stages, and I think this problem may continue until at least the release of v1.7. 'Tis the "price" of SL being more popular than anyone had imagined a couple of years ago.
