Another ranting about not being able to connect

For days I have posted, reposted, read the forums like crazy trying to find an answer to my problem. I cannot connect to a simulator in SL. I did with my 2nd avi for a few hours, then went to log back in...again, can't connect. I created a 3rd and even a 4th. Connected fine until I crashed and went to get back on and same message.

I downloaded the preview version, logged in no problem.

My comp more than meets system requirements, my comp is not 'overheated', my rl roommate is on the same router as me and has been playing fine these past days, and my accts are free of any blemishes.

I am NOT the only one experiencing this. I spoke to a Linden and he insists the issue is on my end. Does anyone have any clue as to wtf is going on?

It can't be on your end, because I'm having the same problem, and so is a friend of mine. Both of us have two avs, one we each use a lot. Neither of us can log in to the one we play most. I can log on as my other av on the premium account, but Lacey is my free one that I play all the time and I can't log in with her at all, and can't get anyone to answer ims, emails, or phone calls.

eta: It was a group name issue, any characters other than letters or numbers in a group title will keep you from logging in
