"Unable to complete transform"

I'm getting a very strange error when I try to login.

"Unable to complete transform:
inventory folders upgrade
Contact support..."

Any ideas on what is causing this or how to fix it? I took a look at the debug and log files but neither indicates exactly what is occuring.

This is from the 12 preview release on the test server. As far as I'm aware that is still up?
