i have installed the ati radeon card to my comp ... when i put it in my comp .. some of the applications didnt pass the logo test and didnt install know ,,,,
know in the display setting i get 2 optioins
1. radoen 9600 se family it has the yellow exclimations point saying it not working properly .
2 radeon 9600 secondary series is working properly ok
Then i down loaded the cat 5.1
but now it wont work cuz the control panel for it isnt working any ideas on how to get in going

Same place where you downloaded the new drivers, in the upper part mentions a catalyst uninstaller...
Download that, and run it..and removed all ATI drivers...reboot, cancel whatever it finds so it fails, then install the 5.1 drivers again.
Hopefully this works for you.

well i tryed that .. and when i did it says (Warning )
cli.exe Failed to initalize ... and when i click on the control panel for the ati it doesnt open up any other ideas ????

CLI Needs Microsoft .NET framework installed, so head to window update and get that..
OR
Download the version of the video drivers that does not need .NET from ATI (same place, just other choice)
