The day of yesterday my SL girlfriend got trapped in SL by the system when her internet failed and she crashed.
I was with her the moment her internet failed and her avatar stayed online. When she tried to re-log, the system said that her account was suspended, i dont remember how much time she had to wait. The interesting part is that we know where the avatar is and we are watching over it for the time being.
We have tried sending im's, objects, lindens and other random items, but the avatar is still online.
I would like to know if there is anyone that can send me information or help me resolve this serious problem.

I also have a question on that issue, Zen Linden said: "Until we solve this, if you're stuck for hours, leave a comment and we will restart the simulator that is causing this." Is it enough to leave a comment on the issue or am I also supposed to send a support ticket? |
