When I try to buy in Lindens thru my paypal account which is on my payment I get this error msg

I have the money in my paypal account too 100.00USD $'s and still get this msg. LL can you see what is the problem please ?????

You may need to delete and recreate your payment method on file. That seems to do the trick for most people. If that doesn't work, there may be a deeper rooted problem with the account and you may have to file a ticket with billing.

You may need to delete and recreate your payment method on file. That seems to do the trick for most people. If that doesn't work, there may be a deeper rooted problem with the account and you may have to file a ticket with billing.

I contact paypal last nite seems they are having issues with Linden Labs again so ppl that have paypal accounts with Linden Labs will NOT BE ABLE TO BUY IN LINDENS TILL LL CONTACTS PAYPAL

I hope you can help me hehe. I have tried for many many many hours for many many days, trying to get help in useing my paypal account. I have had many friends spend a long time with no success in helping me. I have done everything I can think of. can't find a name in paypal or sl to help me access my account to give me lindes. I sent a ticket and the responce was to do the same things everyone esle has told me to do. I did it anyway. On the last step it comes up saing ....not charde to account...system encountered an error in your account while proccesing your buy order....try again. I have got to this point about 30 times now. I don't know what the error is( it won't say) and I don't know how to find out hehe. I did get someone to give me a phone # for billing department ( crashed and lost it before I could copy and paste, Just my luck of course hehe). I have followd every step from all emails from paypal and linden labs. I have sent 2 tickets ( 4051-4364884) and (4051-4361493). I have done exactly what the response has said. I have called the support # in rl ( 1-800-2941067 ). If you can help please please please and thankyou. greenly Smythe

I would really try and keep nagging support.

In the mean time, you could try buying your L$ from a trusted third party exchange (please always make sure that you're dealing with a legitimate site, don't just go ahead with something you find or someone random tells you about - which includes me I guess

).

http://www.slexchange.com/ is a reputable one, and the exchange rate shouldn't really be that different from what you'd get on the official LindeX.

A third party exchange will be somewhat more clumsy, but at least you'll have some L$ to spend

. If your PayPal doesn't work with SLex either you may have to deal with PayPal rather than LL since the problem would be on their end then.
