I got some live help and he mentioned to me to uninstall second life and then reinstall it....i uninstalled ...now how do i reinstall??? please explain...natural blonde here not as comp savvy as some of you. thanks.

Ummm, the same way you installed it in the first place.
Download it on the website and install.
