I can no longer log into my account. When I try it pops up a Terms of Service Agreement box with the words loading ... and it gets stuck on that screen. My only option is to CANCEL because the Continue and agree are all greyed out. How do I get past this and get it to show up? I've tried with other accounts and they logged in fine...

Try clearing your cache under Preferences, Network, Clear cache on the login screen, and then close the SL viewer and restart it. I've had this happen to me before too; that has always worked for me.

Still Stuck, any other ideas?

I have tried clearing cache, and also tried both older viewer (1.18.3.5) and latest Windlight version (1.18.5. whatever). The mouse icon is an hourglass for a few seconds, then changes to an arrow, but it still reads "loading..." on the TOS window and stays that way for at least 5-10min.

In preferences/Web tab, clear web cache and cookies, that did the trick and let me get the TOS text and accept it

Assuming you have a Firewall in a secuirty suite, is your Firewall blocking Second life from loading? try turning it off and seeing if it will load. If so go into the advanced tab on your firewall and check in the list of allowed or blaocked programs. Also make sure that no Firewall Window is waiting for you to "Allow" SL, it to load.
