I do hope that I am not the only one experiencing this problem...
Now, it's not actually the crashing I am complaining about (although that needs to be fixed also) but it's the problem of not leaving the game exactly when you do crash.
After crashing, I can still work on my projects just like I was in the game. The problem is that I do not know I've crashed because of this and eventually it is noticible that I have.
When this finally happens and I log back into game the things I 'thought' I was doing are not done!
My question is....could you possibly fix this problem and when we crash be thrown out of the game asap? Not think we are just fine and continue to do some work that will not be there when we get back.....*sighs*
If anyone else is experiencing this problem please post....thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean by "crash" but don't realise it. Are you getting disconnected from SL but don't know it because you haven't actually crashed ?
I've had this occasionally and the way to spot it at least, is to look at the minimap - it turns red when you get disconnected. I've also noticed you can carry on building but you can't move and your chat doesn't show up when this happens.

SeXXXy Bliss Happens to me when a SIM crashes, usually I don't get any message that I have been logged out or that it has happened.

Yes having a Sim crash will also do this, effectively disconecting your client from SL without crashing you or logging you out.
