Cannot Teleport

I have had many issues with this new update...I even uninstalled...then reinstalled SL completly....now...I can hardly move tho I am completly downloaded...also...no matter what I do...I cannot teleport anywhere...any ideas what to do?

What tp thingie do you get, timeout ?

I tend to do smaller teleports if i get timeout thingie, but if i still cant , i do
Preference : general : Login location : My home
(and since i dont have one i end up in random sims)

Do notice that update day is usually veeery slow and laggy, due to so many caching everything again ,

ctrl-alt-1 , and you should spot why you are laggy so bad

and yeah Tp can be hazardous

I cannot tp anywhere....nor can people tp me to where they are....I again uninstalled and reinstalled the game...and get the same problem.....also...cntl-alt-1 does nothing for me...no box comes up etc...

did you try to set Login:
My home (if you dont have one youll get tp'd to a random sim)
You can set that before you log in on SL, in preference general

Did you clear cache?
SL cache :
C:\Documents and Settings\**name**\Application Data\SecondLife\cache

Got your comp spec there?, and what windows/mac are you on
