i cant log in !!

omg
i created my first account today thinking this game was gonna be good but when it came to logging in it told me,

login failed
second life cannot be accesed from this computer , wth

then it told me to email support so i did and i got an automated email back which was useless now im posting on the forum

please help me or have i just wasted my money ??

No, you haven't wasted your money. SL really is worth playing. They do frequently have lots of login problems when they introduce a new version. It aint perfect, but it's the best game in town . You have a week before they charge you. You should be able to get in today. Stay the week, and if it's not for you, well you haven't lost anything .

it looks exclent but atm im really ennoyed , i cant even login to play so i might just give up now and cary on with there

still cant log in and no email back !!!! this is the worst service ive seen in ages lol jagex is better then this lol


i just brought my account and i start getting errors and one of the posts allready on this has the same problem as me and linda said he was banned so ive been banned in 0.0000001 sec

Well, the good news is your account isn't suspended; I checked.

The bad news is that someone has done something bad enough in Second Life to warrant a security block. Generally, this means either fraud, use of Second Life by a minor, or really really bad abusive activity. I suspect one of these happened, but most likely NOT on the account you're trying to log in with.

It may take Support awhile to answer your email (they generally answer them in the order received, and I know there was a flood last night). They're going to have to find the block (which may have automatically been set by a security server in response to something bad), and that's going to be tough with only your account info (since you say you haven't logged in yet).

If you can let Support know where you're logging in, and any information about who else has used Second Life there, that'll speed things up a lot. The more you can tell Support, the more likely we can track the block down and see about getting it removed!

I am having the same problem. It tells me my PC can't log into second life. This is very annoying.

I can't get in either. It keeps telling me unable to log on, on my pc. Weird since I have not had no problems till this weekend.

If you're getting messages saying SL is unable to be accessed from your computer, your best option is to call Linden Lab directly.

tryed it but i dont know there time cos im a uk person
