can't get into SL i keep getting to following message...
Unable to connect to server.
Could not resole domain name: userserver.agni.lindenlab.com
Please check your network connection.
no idea what's up. my net connection is fine... I was ona earlier this morning with no problems.. I haven;t changed a thing..
have an event set up, right now that i'm gonna miss because of this.. whee.. 8/

I have not been able to log in to SL for 5 days. Latest error message is
 econd life is unable to access file that it needs. This can be becase you somehow have multiple copiesrunning, or your system in correctly thinks a file is open . If Thsi message persists, restart computer and try again. If it continues to persist, youmay need to cmpletely uninstall SEcond life and reinstall it. ... I have done everthing i can imagime. i am at my wits end. HELP!!! |

Gomi, could it possibly be a firewall? Are there any other intermediary programs that might be interfering? That message is often indicative that something is blocking and getting in the way.
Dakota2002, might this be the case? For both of you, one of the most basic tests... if you're on Windows, create a new username and logon to it. You can also contact support for further help.  _____________________
