free trial fake????

This thread may help. How they are doing it I don't know.

All I know is that I used an existing credit-card, and had the option to either cancel of be billed immed. I went the the pay-now option because I was trying to cheat. It's not a big deal, but the alts I have, I share those with people that want to log in and try SL.

If you're an existing or previous Second Life resident, you're not eligible for the free trial.

Burke, it sounds like you'd already had a trial on that credit card in the previous 90 days. In that case, we do warn you that you will have to purchase a subscription.
