Since joining SL, one thing has plagued me, visually. The infamous blue ring of object activity.(meaning it occurs during object "updates" It makes viewing anything with lots of updates a total pain and headache. Imagine dozens of blue rings clouding someone with weirdly scripted attachments. But is this normal? If it is, I guess I'm just a moron, but I can't help but think it's another ATI bug. I've had this on 3 different sets of drivers, so I'm not sure what else I can do but hope ATI and/or LL works out some issues here. (so far I can't find any info on the forums about it, so pardon if this is just a rehashed issue)

You've got "Show Updates" turned on in the debug menu.
Hit Alt + Shift + U with the Debug menu open to turn them off again.

Wow, that's odd.. I've never messed with anything in the debug besides sunsets. Thanks a ton! And here I was blaming ATI.
