SL is crashing a lot for me, now, 5:15 CST 3-12-06.
Anyone else seeing this?
I have been monkeying around with stuff that might affect SL, so I'm wondering if it's my actions or the melting down of the assert server that was getting people or what.
It's crashing when timed out or when I'm not looking at it. I recall some mention of a crash when timed out problem but thought that had been fixed.

I have been crashing an unruly amount of times since this last update! It's simply unacceptable! I mean, I could be typing something, or browsing inventory, or even just plain idling...and bam. Crash. Repeated crashes for no linked reasons. I can't actually cause the crashes, either. I've tried doing a million things at once, doing nothing at all, doing one or two things, turning off all background programs(AIM, WinAMP, etc.), turning on a lot of background programs, fiddling with the Second Life settings, clearing the Cache... Nothing seems to help. I could be online for anywhere from two minutes to all day. It just depends on what Second Life feels like doing, apparently!
All and all, this is very frustrating. I can only imagine how irritating it would be for Premium Account holders.

Yes, I am experiencing the same problems as Jessica and have tried all the things Jessica has. One other thing when I try to use my snapshot button my game freezes up and crashes. It is very frustrating to me too and has been happening since the last update also more and more.
