Mouseover Naming and Rotation

I have had a couple problems lately. One is that recently whenever I scroll over someone, their name no longer appears. I don't like having everyone's names on all the time and this was the easiest way.

Second is when I hit control and alt to rotate it works about 50% of the time. The other half it won't do anything but show the rotation cursor.... any ideas?

I can help you on the first problem I think. Go to View/Hover Tips and make sure "Show Hover Tips" is checked.

As far as the cam rotation problem, I'm not sure, mine seems to work fine but in lag it can stick for a sec.
