Taking video going crazy???

When I take video from SL and put it into Movie Maker... it plays it 50 times faster then how I to0k it... any programs that are better to take video with? Or maybe how to fix this? I am not a computer nerd so don't ask my about my fps's or my gpg's or anything haha. ;)
