Hey I'm having a really strange problem at the moment, Every time I try to log into the game, it authenticates fine... soon as it starts trying to connect to region, Boom, SL vanishes and its gone... Both me and Drexter Darling are having the same problem, and we dont know why.

Had same symptoms last night, seemingly out of nowhere after a period stable running. Resolved by: 1) Completely uninstalling SL 2) Deleting folder "C:\Documents and Settings\<your userid>\Application Data\SecondLife" 3) Downloading latest SL client 4) Reinstall SL client 5) Checking if a defrag was required (it wasn't as it happened, but would advise that you check and perform one if OS determines that it is needed) Logged in fine & had stable play for next 5 hours. Have no idea what the cause was! Good luck  |
