its not y ou..they yanked SL down without a single word to any of us. No warning..not even a "hey we are taking the grid down in 5 minutes.." nothing..nada.

I understand there have been issues all day..but a warning they were taking the grid down would have been not only the right thing to do but would have been good PR too.

lol it gives me time to work in photoshop but i agree, no warning? i was in a greedy game with others, a friend crashed, no wonder they couldnt get in,

It's ok theres 9,000 lindens on it. According to the login screen. Either that or there removing people slowly from the grid a few minutes ago it had 11,000 people still in there. Hey adultswim has new stuff on it tonight. thats on the cartoon channel.

doesnt do a whole lotta good ot put it in the blog after most of us got kicked out with no prior warning.

Lindens really need to work more on their communications. They also need to seriously stop pushing out updates and publishes until they get this months old data and server issue fixed. new stuff is nice but what good is it if the same months old data and server issues are not being addressed. Work arounds and bubblegum patch fixes just aint gonna cut it anymore. Lindens I know you mean well but...its really time to seriously sit down and fix ths data and server issue before anything else is pushed out.

You can watch the new episodes on http://www.adultswim.com/adultswimfix/, it's kind of funny because new content is always added on Fridays so stuff that is supposed to premiere Sunday night is available three days earlier online from their own website. The Tim and Eric show didn't quite live up to Tom Goes to the Mayor status for me, but the skit at the end with the bees had me cracking up. "Happy Birthday son, I'm disappointed in you".

Actually there was a warning -- not that they're were bringing it down, they didn't, but that they were restricting log-ins to Lindens only. Those that didn't log or crash (there was serious lag) remained online. I know, I was there for the pop-up "warning" and remained online until after they opened log-ins back up. Problem is still with us though, but it has been for years.

I vote for limited Inventories (2 non-scripted items for freebie accounts, 10 for everyone else who don't get my blessing for more inventory space), return of the $10 rez tax, removal of the ability to upload/wear/create/script/or do anything unless your 4+ years old (game time) -- and only then if I pre-approve you (good luck, I can't be bribed!). I will wear a crown, and people will bow to me! Kitty will be the Royal Executioner! It will be glorious! People will look up to me (even though I'm < 1m high) -- they will look up because CRAWL will be the standard form of movement, which mimics the normal performance of the asset server.
