Login stops at "Verifying protocol version" then states,"Unable to connect to server. The system might be down." Then another stmt that says ur an internet idiot by saying try again in a few and then checking the status page which seemed to be fine while I've been having probs. I assume some routes are bad between attbi and yours for a lil bit or something atm. I'm sure I'll be in later...
Only reporting in case others are having more serious issues w/this. I'm not.
Just logging in that is. I reinstalled so I don't understand what the prob might be.

This message indicates that Second Life's internet connection is being totally blocked, typically by something on your own network.
Are you using wireless networking? If so, have you tried using a direct wired connection? Also, are you using any internet security or firewall software? If so, have you tried disabling it to see if it is interfering with Second Life access?
