LindeX not working, or is it me?

I just tried, twice, to sell L$10,000 at L$278/US$1 and got the following message. Which is not indicating the price I requested.

The L$278/US$1 exchange rate was shown as being available when I went back to the exhange rate screen. I clicked on the "Place Sell Order" button twice and each time it took me back to the same message screen.

I went back to the Sell L$ screen by clicking on the SL menu to get a fresh screen and started over, same results. I am relieved to see my transactions page shows no transactions, but I'm wondering what is wrong with LindeX, or what am I doing wrong?

I sent an email to customer support but given the slow responses I have had from them in the past I thought I would post here and see if anyone had any advice.
