Hi my gf is trying to run SL but it refuses to work at all while with her new pc it worked fine for a week or two. She can't move SL looks weird (see image below) her network is red though the lag meter says its above 600ms she logs in shows online then a min after SL says she went offline while to her she's still there. the weirdest thing of all is she asked her cousin to login on her pc and everything was perfectly fine she tried logging in on her sisters laptop no problems either. I made her do network tests updating to several different versions of her graphics card driver even reverting it back to factory settings i even made her reset her OS fully back to when she got it to simply no chance and SL still not working. I'm still looking here and there but i honestly have no clue how this is possible at all.

she has comcast as internet provider
her graphics chipset is an Intel 945 (which works fine)

So if anybody out there can tell me how 1 avatar can login through 1 pc and another simply won't respond at all please do tell me if there is a fix to it cause i'm lost and as ussual LL is either to lazy to give a proper respond to the ticket or doesn't care

You completely removed SL and reinstalled? Making sure cache folder went with it?

Try logging into another sim? Try Bear maybe.

Try another client like the Windlight First Look or the Nickolas one?

Might be a firewall issue, has to be something on the connection going wrong if it is just her computer. There has been a lot of trouble with the 10,10,10 thing. Thought they had it fixed. I think she should file a support ticket ASAP to support.

Search "10,10,10" for similar issues. Lot of threads on the subject maybe a answer in there somewhere.

Wonder of flushing DNS would do anything. Not sure how Vista works on that though. That screen shot is from Vista right?

Another viewer to try. http://viewer.onrez.com/ Maybe try Sleek also. It is a non graphical version.
