What does this mean (aside from the fact that it's not my imagination)? I did a UDP trace.

So, the ISP said it's because my computer is like the Rock of Gibralter, they couldn't even contact it. I turned off my Windows firewall and immediately saw a difference (not in the game, but in the pingplotter pro results) - still no difference in the game.
I remember something about there being more than one place to shut off the firewall, does anybody recollect any such thing? I am running WinXP Home. _____________________

Mine's all better. ISP tracked down the problem (out at the end of my driveway), and now packet loss never higher than .3% - happiness abounds!! =)
