My account is on Hold to due payment difficulties... meaning I cant pay the money because Im poor  . How can I revert back to Basic from Premium so I can continue to play if need be. |

All you have to do is just go into Account Management and click next to basic account.

where exactly is account management? Is it under account Summary?
