IMs not showing on login

I got a few IMs today while I was offline, and they sent to my email just fine! But when I logged into SL they didn't come up at all (As if I was never IMed).

Not sure if this is a bug or a "feature" that I'm supposed to turn on, but I figured I'd post about it anyway. With all the IMs I get, this could be bad :P

I've seen this before too--not today, but if you can reproduce it easily, I'd send in a bug report for sure.

Anyone else having repeated occurrences of this?

Yes.

I've only logged in twice or so, but each time I've had emails come through saying I've got off line messages that I've read, logged in to SL and they're NOT waiting for me. The one that got sent to me last night (about 2200 GMT) was there this morning. A few sent in the middle of my night weren't.

Offline IMs are sent to email, but don't seem to be stored. They don't show up after logon.
I'll look further into this when I have time.

One more note on this problem -- I was offered a couple of inventory items while offline, and when I logged in they were in my inventory. I was not prompted to accept or decline, as I should have been.

I'm going to bug report it, but relating back to the IMs issue - if you're in world and you've closed your IM window (which I do regularly whilst building for example) the IMs go straight to email as well. I'll take a risk and IM Torley with the bug number!

Same thing happened to me LOL. Inventory as well as IM's not shown when logging in.
