I'm not even sureif I'm in the right catorgory but here goes anyway
I just got an account yesterday, was playing around and getting
a feel for things on help island....logged off...came back on and
got an error message (cant remember the exact wording) to the
effect the location was not available and that I was being trasnsported
to an alternative location....wound up in korea!...now I cant get back..
besides getting a new account, what can I do to rectify this?

contact live help- they may be able to put you in touch with someone who can help.

The Help Island you were at was most likely recovering from a reboot (probably caused by a sim crash). Your best bet would be to look up either "New Citizens Inc" or "The Shelter" in SEARCH under 'places', and then head thattaway.... Next to the Help Island crew, in combo they're the best things for those unfairly evicted from Help Island by sim crashes. Sadly, we've been told that there is indeed no "legitimate" way to return new folk to the Help Island(s).

If you are talking about the orientation area you first appear in, I think it's a one time deal and momma Linden pushes you out the door to fend for yourself once you leave. At least that was the way it was the couple of times I went through there a while ago.
