Ever since the last upgrade, my log in time takes forever. I usually end up staring at the "Logging in. Second Life may appear frozen. Please wait." screen for about 5-10 minutes. I dont know if I am the only one having this trouble but it is annoying. Especially when you crash. Is there anything on my end that can be done to solve this problem? I am not a very computer literate person.

Sometimes when you crash or freeze and you try to relog back on SL gives u a message of "You account will be unable to log back in until blahblahblah"
It happens to alot of us..just gotta wait it out
Other then that..it could just be SL being slow to log you on if u didnt crash or freeze

add this to your SL shortcuit

piccies

then use that , and DONT click the "you cannot log on untill blablabla" thing or it will kick you, just wait and it should let you in waaay faster , kinda odd, not to sure if this is considered hammering or not, but sure works , usually let me in <15 sec after a crash.

for me that would be -login Thili Playfair password -multiple
i like using -multiple , so i can launch several SL's on same pc.

Just a heads up, when there is a client update and you use this shortcuit it wont work, so keep a "clean" one around, or download from secondlife.com , then use the shortcuit,

Launching it when theres a required download it will load and load and load and dont do anything:p no biggie tho.

I'll forward your steps to QA; it might provide some insight into this ongoing issue.
