On occasion, an attempt to "Save Object Back to Object Contents" results in the message:
Item with that name already exists in inventory
and fails to save.
This makes no sense. It has to exist in the inventory to begin with.
What could be the problem here?

A good question.
I just got this message today. I must not have done this particular action for a year or two or three.
It SHOUTS the error message, for goodness sake.
