When i try to teleport i get a message saying teleport is blocked, relogging doesnt work...

I've had that before. Can ya please provide more info -- what sim does this happen in? Have you tried flying a few sims away and trying again?  |

It happens in all sims, it have tried moving into others, even tried flying 5 miles home but when i get 200m away i get bounced all the way back to 5 miles again...

Yeah I get a VERY similar problem. I teleport. when I arrive im floating in a featureless area with water for miles and me stuck unmoving. Try to teleport away and I either cant or get teleport blocked.
Its getting REALLY annoying as it has begun to happen A LOT meaning I cant go to other zones. Or If I do want to I have to relog and then we get back to the whole log in queue taking ages problem.

Just as a bit of a debugging measure, try removing all attachments before teleporting to see if it makes the situation better. It's not an ideal thing to do on every teleport, of course, but let's see if attachments are affecting the teleport at all. (We're working on better attachment/teleport handoffs in 1.6.)
